This is aimed at clients looking to get themselves on the property ladder. Typically the minimum deposit required for these clients can be as little as 5%.
For clients who currently own their home and have a current mortgage in place but may be able to get a better rate from another provider. Customers on Standard Variable Rate with their existing lenders will have a great opportunity to save money.
Looking to upgrade to a bigger home or downsize, we can assist you with either of these, even if you are currently tied in with your existing lender.
We can help customers gain access to the equity in their existing homes for a variety of reasons - Home Improvements, Debt Consolidation, Investment Property and more.
This is where clients are looking to buy an additional property(s) to generate additional income.
This type of mortgage is aimed at the older generation who own their home outright with no mortgage borrowing. A percentage of the equity from the property can be released to them without them having to make any monthly contribution to repay the borrowing amount. This is particularly useful to some clients who have a low income in retirement and the additional funds could improve their month to month lifestyle.
As well as being able to provide advice on the above areas, our advisers also have a vast networks of lending professionals who can help with more complex lending situations for example, bridging loans, second charge loans, commercial lending, self builds and more…

I had previously been to my own bank to discuss buying my ex-husband out of our family home but was told no, due to my level of income.
A friend recommended I speak to Paul to see if there was anything that he could do to help me.
He was very friendly and professional and after our first meeting I was very confident that he knew exactly what I was trying to achieve.
He managed to find me another mortgage company who would allow me borrow the full amount based on my salary.
I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.E Lauchlan - Stevenston - Mortgage Advice
Our fixed rate was coming to an end and we had spoke to Paul about getting a better rate. Since our last rate change we had built and extension on the property and we had funded this through multiple credit cards. The amount of payments to the credit card providers was having a huge impact on my monthly income/outgoings.
I was due to receive an inheritance from my late mother that I planned to use to repay the credit cards, however after meeting with Paul and listening to his advice we opted to remortgage and release some of our equity to repay the credit cards at the same time. This saved us over £400 per month and left me my late mothers inheritance to do others things with, one of which is looking at a buy to let property. We couldn’t rate him highly enough!S Atkinson - Glasgow - Mortgage Advice
